Stephanie is the best realtor we have ever worked with! We were looking at properties in the area on and off for several years, and she was the listing agent for one of them. She was so responsive, helpful, and low-pressure that I began calling her about any properties I was interested in after that. She happily ran down answers to a myriad of questions for me and even took video of one house for me. She patiently took us through a dozen houses or more over a period of many months, and when we finally found the house we wanted, she negotiated a great deal for us and handled all the inspections and other details. It was the most effortless real-estate transaction we've ever had, and she has been a wealth of knowledge ever since, providing us with recommendations for various vendors for work on the house. I purchased a home, my first home, from Stephanie in 2006, and I will say she was very knowledgable, professional, and extremely caring and helpful. She wanted to get my wife and me (along with a soon-to-be daughter) into a home that was just that h.o.m.e. She wasn't pushy and was always able to work around our schedules to meet our needs when viewing. You didn't have to worry about having to call for updates; she was on top of it from hello to sold. I have actually still received to this day a Christmas card, handwritten, in the mail from her after all these years. That's impressive. I've reached out for her advice many times since then, and I live an hour and a half from where her region is now. When I'm ready again to purchase a home, I'll call her because of the trust in knowing who she gets to represent me in my region I know I'll be able to trust. Give her a call!
